Electric Nail Filing Course – In-House

This beginner-friendly course teaches you how to use an e-file safely and confidently in the salon to speed up your services and reduce strain on your hands.
 
💻 This is a hybrid course, which means:
You’ll get instant access to online training, including theory manuals, demo videos, and quizzes, to complete before the practical session.
Then you’ll come in for a short in-person class (approx 2 hours) for practical, hands-on training and guidance.
 
What You’ll Learn:
✔ Anatomy & Physiology (understanding the natural nail)
✔ Contraindications (when not to use an e-file)
✔ Salon hygiene, PPE & ventilation
✔ Knowing your e-file – speeds, settings & bit types
✔ How to remove product safely (BIAB, gel, acrylic etc)
✔ Cuticle prep using the correct bits
✔ How to take down length and refine enhancements
✔ How to clean underneath the free edge
✔ How to prevent heat build-up, damage, and overfiling
✔ Tool and bit cleaning

Medium grit carbide safety bit
Diamond flame bit
Mandrel
180 grit sanding bands
 
💅 Please attend the course with grown-out product on your nails (e.g. BIAB, gel or extensions) so you can practise safe removal and infill techniques. If you can't, let me know in advance and a training hand will be provided but you will learn more by working on your own nails and cuticles.
